Hey Brian,
We pulled up the Dad Makes Cakes website. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY YOUR CAKES!!!!!!! The fine detail was amazing. Ron couldn’t get over the running shoe on the triathlon birthday cake.
When I showed the family I didn’t tell them who made them. We have watched all the shows on Food Network together as well. They thought the cakes were really cool. When I told them you had made them they were very surprised. They thought it was cool that they knew someone that they will probably see on Food Network Challange sometime soon.
We hope this really takes off for you!!

This is John’s sister (Schramm)… I can’t even tell you how impressed I am… WOW… I have two granddaughters being born this summer and an upcoming wedding in December… I wish you were closer to Kansas (yes, that is where I live now)… but just wanted to let you know that I am very impressed and happy to see that you are happy and a father of eight!!!! Wow…I discovered a passion for cake decorating about the same time you did…however you are leagues and dimensions beyond what I do. Congratulations on your phenomenal talent and I wish you continued success! If you are not on some cake show in the near future there is no justice! ;D
