The theme for Brandin and Shea’s wedding was Alice in Wonderland’s Mad Hatter Tea Party and they celebrated their new union with this stacked tea cup cake, complete with a tea “jacuzzi”.

Cameron really wanted a miniature stingray for his 15th birthday. After pricing out the ray, the tank, and all of the gear to go with it, he got this one instead, complete with chocolate sea shells and graham cracker sand. Not a real one, but pretty good tasting.

Sometimes you have to give your cake a little more “backbone” to keep it from falling over. I put some PVC pipe and some other plumbing hardware to a new use when I made an upside-down topsy-turvy cake.
